The Madison Gay Volleyball league's Summer season is just around the corner.
There are two divisions, recreational/developmental (B) and competitive (BB).
This year we will be playing on Sunday afternoons at Sports Pub
on the East side of Madison (off of Stoughton Rd.).
The summer season will start May 13 and go through the end of August.
Download and fill out the waiver form for Sport's Pub a head of time, if you wish.
You will need 1 card for each player.
There are 4 on a sheet and can remain attached if each team fills them out.
Sport's Pub requires that all players are 21 years old or older.

For full teams (5-8 players) that are committed, please have ONLY THE CAPTAIN use the above link to register
We are allowing the captain to register for the entire team this season.
TEAM (5-6 PLAYERS) Fee: $200
TEAM (7 PLAYERS) Fee: $225
TEAM (8 PLAYERS) Fee: $250
If you have current valid students in your team, please subtract $15 for every student, from the appropriate total listed above.
Students must verify status by sending an email to director@madisongayvolleyball.com from their student account

i.e. Team of 7 Players ($225) with 2 Students. 2 Students x $15 = $30 student discount
